Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the components in their original Porsche factory packaging, ensuring all labels and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition and compatibility of the returned parts, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
